Laird is the first professional website designer I’ve ever worked with for my own website, and the experience could not have been better. Not having any design experience myself, I relied on Laird’s expertise to guide me through the process, and was not disappointed. She asked great questions, shared ideas, provided several options for me to choose from, and most importantly, listened. She walked me through the process, keeping me informed every step of the way, and was always receptive to questions and requests.

Throughout the project, Laird was a pleasure to work with, and I enjoyed getting to know her and her delightful sense of humor. One thing I’m really excited about is that Laird designed a logo for me. Because my brand is my name, I had a difficult time coming up with a logo, or visualizing my name that way. Laird nailed it, and I am now in love with my logo!

In addition to designing a gorgeous website, Laird designed my business cards. I used them for the first time at an annual conference I attend, and received numerous compliments. They definitely did their job of conveying my information, but they also helped to make me and my business memorable.

I can’t recommend Laird and Memphis McKay highly enough. I know when I’m ready for a new site (way, way down the road because I love this one so much!), Laird will be my first choice.
